You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

• Money Order/Cashiers Check
You can also phone in your credit card information by choosing "Other" on the order form. If you pay with a credit card your card will not be run real-time but rather once we've had a chance to review your order by hand.
- All sales are billed in US dollars
- You are purchasing your product on a secure website and no credit card information is stored in house.
- We keep your information private and do not share your personal information with anyone.
All arrangements for returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No material will be accepted for return if it has been modified. 15% restock fee will be applied once material is returned.

Notes on Shipping
A Large Package Surcharge of $50 will be applied to all UPS packages when the size of the package exceeds 156 in. in length and girth combined. Other shipping charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on packages actually tendered to UPS. Orders that require additional handling will be subject to extra UPS shipping fees which will be added once your order is placed.
*Shipping: Parcel Post, UPS, and common carrier trucking are all available. Shipping charges are paid by customer with order. To calculate your approximate UPS shipping charge multiply the number of board feet by 5 and enter that value for the weight on this UPS form here. A $12 handling fee will be added to each order.
If you get the following error message:
Unable to calculate shipping charges. ERROR: 1035 The maximum per package weight for that service from the selected country is 150 pounds.
it just means that our store cannot properly estimate your shipping cost and you need to call us toll-free at 1-800-238-8036 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your order.
Overseas Shipping Note
USPS is our preferred choice for shipments outside of the continental US. It is less expensive than UPS but tracking stops once the package leave the United States and there is no recourse for lost or stolen packages. We have had very few instances where the contents were lost. If the package is lost it is the customers liability.
